Resound Networks, founded in a Pampa, Texas garage, dedicated itself to providing reliable internet to underserved areas. Federal grants enabled exponential growth, including a single $303 million award during their expansion across seven states.
Directors Dennis Durden (Outside Plant Construction) and Chris Vainrib (RF Engineering & Transport), both with military networking experience, needed solutions for sourcing connectivity in remote markets. They met Capcon Networks at a 2023 industry event in Florida.

Looking Ahead
Resound must connect a minimum of 250,000 homes by the end of 2028 under a single grant mandate, with multiple additional grant obligations. Capcon will continue enabling turnkey connectivity solutions and ongoing provisioning support.
